This congress will be the first meeting on traditional wine architecture held in our region and will take place during the month of November 2022 in Aranda.
Our region, so closely linked to the production of wine, has striking architectural ensembles made up of caves, vats and wine presses that represent the economic, social and cultural past of the villages in which they are located and represent in themselves spaces of great beauty and contrast.
These singular and unique ensembles have gone through moments of boom and others of more decadence throughout history and it is in this Congress where we will reflect on the interest currently shown by associations, municipalities and companies in valuing these marvellous wine cellar ensembles, analyse good practices, debate innovative and sustainable proposals and deepen our knowledge of this type of architecture.
